When Fireworks CS4 gives this error on start one of the possible solutions is removing a font from the windows/fonts folder.SA.ttf is a font which has problems with the CS4 Adobe package. So if you have installed the SA Dictionary and Adobe CS4 there might be a problem. In order to solve it - delet the SA.ttf from the fonts folder and you will fix it.

I would recommend downloading the Adobe Fireworks update from http://www.adobe.com/support/fireworks/downloads_updaters.html which will resolve the internal issues on launch.
